Six vendors, six schedules, one thing that has to arrive.
Receiving, dump, blend, proof, filter, bottle, case out. For most brands each of those is a separate conversation with a separate firm, and the timeline slips at every handoff. The Co-Pack Panel quotes it as one job, against your actual barrels.
You describe the program once. We do the matching.
The request form is not a contact form — it is the intake for a match engine. What you enter is scored against every panel partner's capability, capacity, and location, and the ones that actually fit are the ones that quote.
Describe the program
Volume, target bottling proof, fill size, finishing intent, packaging, and where the liquid sits today. Barrels you bought through Barrel Lab™ are already on file.
The engine matches
Your requirements are scored against panel capability and open capacity, weighted custody-first — partners near your liquid rank ahead of partners who would need it shipped across the country.
Partners quote
Matched partners quote on pre-negotiated platform terms. You see line items — run charges, changeover, dry goods, case-out — not a single blended number.
You choose, we coordinate
Pick a partner and the schedule, custody transfer, and compliance checkpoints are sequenced for you. Your barrels stay in verified custody throughout.
What the engine actually does with your answers.
Illustrative only — the figures below are a demonstration of the mechanics, not a quote. Your real numbers come from the panel against your real barrels.
WHAT YOU ENTER
Eight of the thirty-five fields. The rest cover packaging, labeling, and outbound.
WHAT THE ENGINE RETURNS

Three ways to source them, and the quote reflects which.
Finishing is where co-pack quotes usually go vague. It shouldn't — who supplies the cask changes the cost, the lead time, and who carries the risk if it disappoints.
We source the casks
Victory Spirits procures the finishing cask against your profile and target. Priced into the quote, with provenance documented.
The partner supplies
Your co-packer sources from their own program. Fastest path when they already run the cask type you want.
You supply your own
You bring the casks. The quote covers handling and the finishing run, and the outcome risk stays with you.
Custody first, because moving whiskey costs more than it looks.
Freight is the obvious cost. The ones that catch people out are the paperwork on a bonded transfer, the days the liquid spends in transit while your bottling window closes, and the break in the chain of custody that makes provenance harder to prove later. The engine ranks partners near your liquid first for all three reasons — not just the freight line.
Figures in the worked example are illustrative and are not a quote, an offer, or a representation of any partner's pricing or capacity. Yield is an estimate; gauging is not available unless otherwise stated. Partner identity and program-specific pricing surface inside your formal quote.
