STEP 01

Get in with your DSP number

Barrel Lab™ is open to licensed trade buyers: distillers, non-distilling producers, brands, wholesalers and importers. Use your own DSP number or your producer partner’s. We check it against the TTB active permit list at the door.

Go to victoryspirits.com/barrel-lab-enter and confirm you are 21 or older.
Enter your name, email and DSP number, exactly as shown on your TTB permit.
Use either format, starting with your two-letter state: KY-DSP-12345 or KY-S-12345.
Optional: add your mobile number for new-listing texts, or go straight in.

Number not accepted? TTB changed how permits are listed. If your permit reads DSP-KY-12345, try KY-S-12345. Still stuck? Email purchasing@victoryspirits.com or text (502) 754-3480 and we will verify you by hand.

STEP 02

Search and filter the way buyers actually shop

New Price shows only lots repriced in the last 30 days. Typing “new price” in search does the same.
Reserve Only shows lots where you name your price against our VRV™ estimate.
Clear filters resets everything in one tap.
Tap any card for the full story: provenance, flavor profile, BIS™ score breakdown, tasting notes, estimated yield and warehouse exit costs.

STEP 03

Build your list and take it with you

Set the filters that match your program, for example one producer, one mash bill, five years and older.
Tap Catalog PDF. You get a clean PDF of exactly the lots on your screen, ready to share with your partners or your board.
Change the filters and download again to compare a second short list.

Keep it one tap away. On iPhone, open the marketplace in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and tap Install app.

STEP 04

Submit a purchase order for approval

Found your barrels? Tap Submit a Purchase Order on the listing. The form opens with that lot already filled in.

Enter your quantity and your company and DSP details.
Choose what happens next: take delivery within 45 days of closing (standard), ask for a quote to stay in storage, or ask for a bonded storage quote from our partner network.
Submit. Your PO is an offer to buy, and we review every one by hand within one business day.
Once accepted, you receive a Bulk Sales Order and an invoice. The sale closes when funds are received.

What is includedThe listing price is the full wholesale price per barrel. Warehouse exit fees are shown on each listing. Freight is on your account or quoted separately.

What to knowQuotes and purchase agreements are valid for 7 days. Barrels are not reserved until the PO is signed, the NDA is executed, and payment arrives within 48 hours of signing.
