Every partner on the Victory Spirits Panel is vetted for capability, compliance posture, and traceability. You evaluate them on capability fingerprint — not name recognition or rate-card race. When your program fits, we open the channel: partner identity, exact location, and program-specific pricing surface inside your formal quote.

Cask audit standard
§ 01 · Paths

Three ways to finish a barrel. One standard across all three.

Path selection is a relationship question, not a quality question. Cask audit and chain-of-custody requirements are identical across A, B, and C.

Path A
Curated Sourcing
Victory Spirits sources finishing casks from our network on your behalf.
Best For
Buyers without existing cask relationships who want expert, independent sourcing.
Partner Role
Receiving, fill, warehousing, sampling, dump — services only.
You Pay
Cask cost (at negotiated rate) + copack services billed directly by partner.
Path B
Turnkey
Your copack partner supplies both casks and services in one quote.
Best For
Buyers wanting simplicity, single-invoice accounting, or partners with strong cooperage relationships.
Partner Role
End-to-end, from sourcing through dump. Full provenance dossier included.
You Pay
One per-cask turnkey rate — inclusive of cask, fill, warehouse, sample, dump.
Path C
Your Casks
You bring your own finishing casks. We coordinate. The partner handles the barrels.
Best For
Buyers with existing winery, cooperage, or trade relationships they want to leverage.
Partner Role
Receiving, fill, warehousing, sampling, dump. Chain of custody from receipt.
You Pay
Copack services (Path A rates) + Victory Spirits coordination fee, invoiced directly.
§ 02 · The Panel

Browse by capability fingerprint. Filter by fit, not by name.

Partners appear as anonymized profiles — region, capability scope, capacity tier, lead-time band, quote-tier indicator. Identity and rates open in your formal quote once we confirm program fit.

§ 05 · Standards

One audit standard. Identical across A, B, C.

Cask audit and chain-of-custody requirements are not path-dependent. Every cask carries documented upstream provenance and traceability from receipt — regardless of who sourced it.

i.
Upstream Provenance
Cask origin, original contents, fill/empty dates, cooperage spec, residual liquid & treatment, intermediate custodians.
ii.
Chain of Custody
Unique cask IDs, receipt photos, date-stamped fill & dump records, TTB transfer/gauge records, retain samples held 24 months.
iii.
Audit Rights
Buyer and Victory Spirits may request on-site cask audit with reasonable notice. Complete cask dossier delivered at dump.
iv.
Five-Year Retention
All date-stamped fill, sample, and dump entries retained minimum five years. Recall readiness preferred — mock recall ≤ 18 months.

What you're competing on — and what you're not.

This mockup is what a verified buyer will see when they enter the Panel after Phase II launches. We're sharing it now because the architecture changes what you optimize against in your RFP response.

The Panel deliberately removes two things from the pre-quote buyer view: your name, and your rate sheet. Buyers find you by capability fingerprint, region, capacity tier, and program fit. They request a quote, we confirm the match against your stated scope, NDAs go in place, and only then does your identity — and your program-specific pricing — surface inside their formal engagement.

This is intentional. It protects your rate IP from being shopped, it lets you quote each buyer on program merits rather than rate-card race, and it gives Victory Spirits a clean lane to do the program management and technical liaison work that adds value on both sides.

i.
Your RFP pricing tables (Section 5) feed our match logic and quote generation only. They are never displayed to buyers in pre-quote browse views. Treat them as commercial inputs to our matching, not as a public rate card.
ii.
Buyers see relative quote-tier indicators (4-bar scale, calibrated against panel median) — not numbers, not ranges. This gives them a rough budget read without exposing your absolute pricing or letting them triangulate competitors.
iii.
Your capability declarations (Section 3 of the RFP) drive the badges, path flags, and category coverage on your card. Comprehensive scope = broader match surface. Specialty declarations (e.g., wax-dip artistry, rare-finish program) become headline copy.
iv.
Your lead-time tables (Section 4.3) drive the lead-time band. Quick / Standard / Long bands are calibrated quarterly against actual panel performance.
v.
Your region shows at state level only — never city or street. We confirm proximity to buyer for geo-sensitive engagements at the match step.
vi.
All trust marks (TTB · BND · INS) are verified against the documents you submit with the RFP. Failure to maintain any one in good standing pauses your Panel listing pending re-verification.

The Panel goes live to verified Barrel Lab buyers in Q3 2026 following partner selection on June 22, 2026. First buyer referrals begin July 2026. Questions on this preview or the underlying matching logic — michael@victoryspirits.com.
